Kyoto Energy Pte. Ltd. was founded in 2002 by ir Michel Buron, an environmental engineer with a broad experience in Asia. 

From environmental and renewable energy consultancy services, the company expanded its scope to climate change activities mainly under the Kyoto Protocol Mechanisms. 

Our clients are mainly FORTUNE 500 companies (e.g.Cargill, BUNGE, Noble, Vitol, LEVI, EDF) and world leading emissions traders.

The medium term strategy of the company is to expand into the Guarantees of Origin (GOs) under the I-REC standard.
