  • Panweld Sdn Bhd (Malaysia):

Revamping works of a fluidized bed combustor used for the recycling of metal contaminated with organics. The scope includes the engineering & supervision of the works and detailed recommendations/procedures for the overhaul/upgrading requirements and assistance for procurement.

  • Verdant Energy (Canada):

Project development for a 8 MWe biomass to energy plant in Singapore (phase 1): scope of services included strategic consulting, selection and evaluation of technologies, recommendation and binding of the financial partner Verdant Energy (Canada) to a local partner ( Sembawang Utilities Terminal), financial modeling, preparation of preliminary specifications for the terms of reference, pre-selection of suppliers and evaluation of proposals.

  • Panweld Thermal Cleaning (Malaysia) phase 2:

Technology transfer (phase 1), a new JV company was setup to focus on the commercialization in the Asia Pacific region. The scope includes organization of the company, the setup of the distribution network and assistance for sales & marketing.

  • AGFA (Wuxi, CHINA):

Project supervision & coordination for the construction of an aluminum anodizing plant including a water treatment plant (90 m3/h demineralization and reverse osmosis), steam supply, cold and hot water supply (12 MW) for heat ventilation air conditioning systems and other electro-mechanical and instrumentation works and a tank farm for chemical storage and mixing (HCl, NaOH, H2SO4, N2). The scope included the supervision of works: planning, budget quality; preparation of the individual sub-systems tests protocol and acceptance procedures and entire plant provisional and final test procedure.
