From France to China and now at Kuala Lumpur!

Adeline de Lamar has just joined our Kuala Lumpur Office as CDM Project Executive.

Adeline is French and holds a Master degree in Environmental Sciences (specialized in Climate Change) from the University of East Anglia in United Kingdom.

“After graduation, my main objective, which I know it is quite ambitious, is to reduce carbon emission worldwide. I wanted to act and not only make researches.
So I realized that the best way to do so was to work for a company linked to the Kyoto Protocol. Thus I flew to China since an interesting Chinese NGO (INSHP) affiliated to a United Nation organization (UNIDO) gave me the opportunity to work as a Project Officer in the Environmental Department. My mission was mainly to draft CDM PDDs for Hydropower Stations in China. During these unforgettable seven months, I have completed three projects, one large scale project and two small ones, and all have been validated by UNFCCC.

After this wonderful experience between enlarging my knowledge in my professional life and discovering this enriching Chinese culture in my free time, I decided to become a specialist in CDM projects. For this, I am aware that I will have to work very hard to develop my skills and persevere to succeed.

I am sure KYOTOenergy and its “dream team” will give me the great opportunity to reach my goal.  I am a CDM project executive and I will work on Hydropower projects in Vietnam. Eager to open my mind, learn by doing, improve my knowledge and travel, I guess I have found the perfect job!”

Welcome aboard, Adeline!  KYOTOenergy fully supports your goal to reduce carbon emission around the world.
